Description of Service

ExtractMail provides email validation services including:

• • Real-time SMTP verification of email addresses
• • Disposable and temporary email detection
• • Domain verification and MX record checking
• • Bulk email validation through file uploads
• • Fraud pattern detection and confidence scoring
• • API access for integration into your applications

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Responsibility

• • You must provide accurate and complete information
• • You must promptly update your account information if it changes
• • You are responsible for all activities under your account
• • You must not share your account credentials
• • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Service Plans and Usage Limits

Plan Types

• • Free Plan: 5 validations per month
• • Premium Plan: 2,000 validations per month
• • Enterprise Plan: 10,000 validations per month
• • Enterprise Plan: 50,000 validations per month
• • Enterprise Plan: 100,000 validations per month

Usage Restrictions

• • You may not exceed your plan's monthly validation limit
• • Unused validations do not roll over to the next month
• • You may upgrade your plan at any time
• • Plan changes take effect immediately

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• • Infringe on the rights of others
• • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• • Use the Service for competitive intelligence
• • Submit malicious content or attempt to harm our infrastructure
• • Validate email addresses for illegal purposes
• • Share, resell, or redistribute our validation results
• • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

Payment Terms

Billing

• • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance
• • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

• • You may cancel your subscription at any time
• • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• • No refunds are provided
• • Your account and data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

Data and Privacy

• • We do not store email addresses submitted for validation
• • Validation results are cached temporarily for performance

• • You retain ownership of all data you submit to our Service

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

• • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

Intellectual Property

The Service and all related technology, software, and content are our property or the property of our licensors.

While we strive for accuracy, email validation results are provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Email deliverability can change after validation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExtractMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
